Research by design
A + URL sees research as a part of the design process and examines critically its relation to contemporary cultural discourses. MPhil and PhD students in the programme, develop their thesis work through design work, alongside with basic disciplinary theoretical research.
Consultancy
A + URL has expertise knowledge and skills in a range of areas, and works in collaborative projects and as consultants for various planning bodies and cultural institutions. Projects range from strategic urban proposals to media projects.
