Access to dwellings, and the effects of co-living on loneliness and health
This project aims to develop services to increase co-living, to investigate what the effects of such co-living can be, and how this form of living can be used as a tool in the municipal planning forhousing. When it comes to the housing situation, Sweden ischaracterized by a good standard, with a high number of square meters per household, but also by a housing shortage, especially affecting young people. In the project, we are interested in investigating how the existing housing stock can be better utilized and in what way co-living could have effects for both the individual (in terms of reduced vulnerability, loneliness and homelessness) and for society(to help develop new tools and forms to address both housing shortage and health issues).
