Ann-Kristin Kaplan Wikström
 resumed her doctoral studies in Urban Planning in the spring of 2025. With funding from the Arkus Foundation, she published the report Arkitektur och lagstiftning – historik och samband under 700 år in 2024. She has fourteen years of practical experience of planning and building regulations from three municipalities. For six years, she worked at the Government Offices, including a position as one of the secretaries of the Building Permit Inquiry and co-author of Ett nytt regelverk för bygglov. She now combines her doctoral studies with part-time work at the Swedish Association of Architects.

Einar Rodhe is a PhD candidate in architecture at KTH, a senior lecturer at Konstfack, and co-founder of Norell/Rodhe. His doctoral project on architectural reuse builds on a decade of practice-based research conducted through Norell/Rodhe. Their work and research have been exhibited at the Bruges Triennial, the Oslo Triennale, the Venice Biennale, and the Yale School of Architecture, and have been published in journals and edited volumes.
